Order processing

Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods, new product launches or supplier delays, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the product, supplier and delivery address. Some products may ship directly from trusted suppliers, which means delivery times can vary between items.

Separate parcels

If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate parcels. This is normal when items are fulfilled from different suppliers or locations.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send tracking information by email. Please allow a little time for tracking links to update after they are created.

Before ordering

Please check product sizes, colours and options carefully before placing your order. For harnesses, jumpers and other dog-wear items, measuring your dog before ordering is very important.
