We want you and your long dog to be happy with your order. Please read this page before buying, especially for size-sensitive items like harnesses, jumpers and beds.

Change of mind

For change-of-mind returns, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be unused, clean, in original condition and in their original packaging where possible.

Items that may not be returnable for change of mind

For hygiene and customisation reasons, some items may not be suitable for change-of-mind returns. This can include personalised products, custom-made items, used pet products, worn dog apparel or items that are no longer in saleable condition.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help with the next steps.
